Warranty Claim

Every pair of OOFOS purchased from OOFOS or an authorized OOFOS retailer is guaranteed to be free of defects in both materials and craftsmanship for six months from the date of purchase. If we determine that your product has a defect after inspection, we will replace it with a new pair.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us through our help form and include the following details:

Photos of the product in its entirety
A photo of the soles showing the tread
A close-up of the defective area
Proof of purchase (must be within six months from an authorized dealer or seller)
The size, style, and color of the shoe

Please note that warranty replacements will be issued for the same size, style, and color as the original purchase. If the exact replacement is unavailable, we will substitute it with a pair of equal value or, upon request, another available style from OOFOS. We are unable to refund the price difference if a replacement pair of lower value is selected. Also, please confirm the size and style you want for the replacement, as warranty replacements are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Processing time for warranty claims is typically two weeks.

What is covered by the warranty:

Toe post breakage
Strap breakage
Peeling or flaking
Premature wear within three months of purchase

What is not covered by the warranty:

Normal wear and tear
Squeaking sounds
Exposure to excessive heat, which may cause shrinkage
Misuse of the product
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Please be aware that products purchased on platforms such as eBay, Poshmark, ThredUp, and third-party sellers on Amazon are not eligible for warranty claims, returns, or exchanges. ReCommerce is the only authorized seller on Amazon, and we cannot verify the authenticity or condition of items sold by third-party Amazon sellers. As a result, we do not offer warranties for products bought from unauthorized sellers on these platforms.
